Organic Peeled Tomatoes with Basil 550g

Capobianco Organic Farm is an organic-certified agroecological company in Foggia, Puglia, one of Italy's major tomato-growing regions. It is a young project by two brothers whose roots in farming date back four generations.

They are the producers of the first organic tomato grown using symbiotic agriculture in Italy: a closed-loop system in which plants of different species complement each other and regulate soil nutrients, reintegrating organic matter lost over time. The result is healthier and more nutritious tomatoes. Quality begins in the field.

Pomodori Pelati are "pelatini" tomatoes, hand-picked at maturity, blanched in boiling water, and hand-peeled whole. Packaged with fresh basil leaves, they have a sweet and delicate flavor. No colorings or preservatives.
