We offer high-quality pantry items, spices, specialty ingredients, and products from small producers, in addition to cooking classes and culinary experiences.

Here we believe in fewer, better-selected products .


Our selection evolves over time: it grows from the curiosity, needs and searches of those who visit us.

We listen to our customers and incorporate new ingredients and products as new ideas, cuisines, and requests arise.

We are located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur .

Do you ship?

Yes. At the moment we only ship within Mexico .

Shipping availability depends on the product:

  • Pantry and shelf-stable products: ✔️ Shipping available

  • Fragile, refrigerated or bulk products: ❌ in store only

Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.

Do they offer local pickup?

Yes. We offer free local pickup in Cabo San Lucas.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

Are your products organic or locally sourced?

Some do, some don't — and that's intentional.

We work with:

  • Local and regional producers whenever possible

  • Imported products when they are the best in their category or are not available locally

We select each product for its quality, origin and flavor , not for trends.

Do they sell products in bulk?

Yes. Bulk sales are an essential part of Almacena .

Bulk products are available:

  • In store (self-service or assisted)
  • Online, in selected and pre-packaged presentations

Are the cooking classes for beginners?

Yes, absolutely.

Our classes are:

• Practical, participatory and designed for enjoyment
• Suitable for beginners and people curious about cooking
• Focused on technique, flavor and confidence in the kitchen
• You don't need any prior experience — just a desire to learn and have a good time


Can I take an individual class or are the classes only for groups?

Of course. If there's availability, you can book a class just for yourself — there's no need to come in a group.


The classes are shared with other participants, in a relaxed and respectful environment, designed so that each person enjoys the experience.

How do I book a cooking class?

Classes can be booked:

  • Directly on our website
  • In store (subject to availability)

Places are limited.

What is the class cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive credit

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

The credit can be used for future classes or in-store purchases.

This policy exists to cover preparation, ingredients, and the instructor.

Do they offer private classes or events?

Yes. We offer completely private classes and intimate events, designed for small groups:

  • Personalized experiences
    • Ideal for team building among colleagues and corporate teams
    • Special and intimate celebrations
    • Gastronomic gatherings: private classes and shared table experiences , like a supper club with a defined theme, always in a private format

Availability and price depend on the date, group size, and the chosen format or proposal.

I saw a product in store that isn't on the website, why?

Not everything we sell in store is available online.

Some of the products are:

  • Seasonal
  • Limited production
  • Best appreciated in person

The online store is a curated extension of the physical space, not a complete reflection.

How do I find out about new products and classes?

Subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media.

We do not send spam.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the food products:

  • ❌ We do not accept returns on food
  • ✔️ Non-food products can be exchanged within 7 days , provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
