Aromatic rice hand-rolled in tender vine leaves, slowly cooked with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Baba Ghanoush
Roasted and mashed eggplant with tahini, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. Smoky, creamy, and unforgettable.
