Organic, first-harvest matcha, grown and hand-picked in the Uji region of Kyoto , renowned for producing some of Japan's finest matcha. Bright and vibrant green, it offers a balanced, deep, and umami-rich flavor profile.
This matcha combines two carefully selected cultivars: Saemidori , which contributes natural sweetness, intense color, and low bitterness, and Okumidori , which adds vegetal notes, medium body, and a smooth, rounded bitterness. The result is a cup with fresh, herbal notes of tender grass and seaweed , a creamy, velvety texture, and a smooth, comforting finish.
Ideal to enjoy on its own, hot or cold, or prepared with the milk of your choice. For a 350 ml (12 oz) cup, it is recommended to use 3–4 g of matcha and water at 70 °C to preserve its natural sweetness.
