Organic Apricot Extra Jam 230g

Fruttanuda was born in Monte Porzio Catone, just outside Rome, from the idea of three siblings who reinterpreted a family recipe—the "quick recipe" that their mother, an oncologist, improvised to avoid spending hours stirring a pot. Their jam contains only fruit and sugar: no pectin, no lemon juice, no preservatives, and no artificial flavors.

The fruit is always organic, seasonal, and picked at its peak ripeness, as if it were harvested to be eaten fresh. It is cooked just enough to preserve its flavor, color, and texture, which is why each harvest is slightly different—and always more natural. Sweetened with unrefined organic Demerara sugar.

The Apricot Extra Jam contains 89g of fruit per 100g: dense, luminous, and intense. Perfect on toast, with cured cheeses, or for filling pastries.
