Almacena offers a curated and fully equipped kitchen, available by reservation only. The space is designed for professional, educational, and culinary use, and does not operate as an open rental kitchen or recreational space.

It is an environment designed for chefs, educators, creators and brands that require a functional, clean and well-maintained space to work with seriousness and judgment.

Almacena's kitchen is aimed at gastronomy professionals, culinary educators, content creators, emerging brands and projects that need a controlled space for testing, limited production, private classes, demonstrations or photography and video sessions.

This space is for those who understand the value of a professional environment and are willing to respect it.

Almacena's kitchen is not available for private parties, social events, recreational cooking, or high-volume production. It is not a general rental space.

Access is subject to evaluation based on the intended use, the applicant's experience, and alignment with Almacena's values. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not align with the purpose of the space.

Reservations are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee immediate access. Each request is reviewed individually.

For your evaluation, we require clear information regarding the intended use, tentative dates, estimated duration, number of people, and any prior experience. Approved bookings are confirmed in writing and may be subject to specific terms.

Those using the kitchen must maintain professional standards of cleanliness, organization, and care of the equipment. The space must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or the denial of future bookings.

Fees, requirements, and conditions are shared once the application has been received and evaluated. Each project is different and is quoted individually based on the type of use and specific needs.
