- Let people know you're available to help, knowing when to accompany them and when to give them space to explore the store at their own pace.

- Support in the bulk area: weighing, packing and explaining products

- Arranging, restocking and light cleaning of the store area

- Collection and general operational support

We are looking for

- Intermediate English is appreciated, but not a requirement

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required

- Positive and verifiable references

- Genuine love for food and culinary culture

- Curiosity about ingredients, flavors and cuisines of the world

- Open-minded, friendly, and respectful attitude

- People who are not rude, open-minded, and without condescending attitudes

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We provide support and training to help you feel comfortable with the products, the space, and answering your questions. We don't expect you to know everything from day one: here, you learn as you go.
Cleaning

Key role in maintaining the space in optimal conditions of hygiene and order, before, during and after in-store activities and classes.

Responsibilities

  • General cleaning of the space, kitchen and common areas.
  • Washing and tidying utensils and equipment.
  • Assistance with cleaning after classes or events.
  • Care of materials and workspace.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high quality and a fair price.

All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Almacena reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.


Orders and payments


Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Payment methods available on the platform at the time of purchase are accepted. Almacena reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. In these cases, the payment will be refunded.


Shipping and local pickup


Shipping conditions, preparation times, local pickup, and product type restrictions are detailed on the Shipping and Returns page. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.


Returns and exchanges


Due to the nature of bulk food products, returns are not accepted for these items. Exchanges of non-food products are subject to the conditions described on the Shipping and Returns page.


Bulk products


Products sold in bulk may exhibit natural variations in color, size, or aroma between batches. These variations are normal and are not considered defects. Information regarding origin, storage, and use is available in store or upon request.


Classes, workshops and experiences


Reservation, cancellation, and rescheduling policies for classes and experiences are specified on each activity's page. Participation implies acceptance of the space's rules, including safety, hygiene, and respect for equipment and other participants.


Website usage


All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Almacena or is used with permission. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior consent. Almacena reserves the right to restrict access to the site in case of misuse.


Responsibility
