Shipping


We currently only ship within Mexico .


Shipping availability depends on the type of product:

  • Pantry and shelf-stable products: available for shipping

  • Fragile, refrigerated or bulk products: available for in-store purchase only


Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and product type.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Local pickup


We offer free local pickup in Cabo San Lucas.


Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email to pick it up during our business hours.


Preparation times


Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days .


During launches, peak seasons, or special events, preparation times may be slightly extended.


Damaged or incorrect orders


If your order arrived:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect


Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging


We will evaluate the case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or credit.


Returns


Due to the nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns of food or drinks

  • We do not accept returns on bulk products.


This applies even if the product has not been opened.


Changes (non-food products)


Non-food products may be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Changes are subject to inventory availability.


Cancellations


Online Orders


Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled .


If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that it can be processed if the order is already being prepared.

  • Almacena is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company once the order has been shipped.
